Endeavor really deserve the Number One Hero title?

Before starting I would like to say that all this is my thoughts and my ideas, which are not necessarily the reality of the facts, I will definitely try to be as realistic as possible.

So, I see a lot of people saying that Endeavor doesn't deserve the title of Number One at all, but is that really the case?

All the Heroes of Japan in Mha are rated according to a ranking called "Hero Bilboard Chart JP", four factors are considered in order to be evaluated:

-their popularity

-their level of strength demonstrated

-the number of cases solved

-their overall contribution to society.

Now let's take All Might and Endeavor as an example and try to compare them to see the results. 

Let's start with "popularity", it's obvious that here All Might wins hands down, many people know him and many people are his fans, but I think there is a small part of the Japanese people who don't like him much (The League of Villains as an example). As for Endeavor, he is the opposite of All Might, many people are not his fans but even here I am convinced that there is a small part of people who like him (Nastu and his friends are an example).

Then we move on to the level of strength demonstrated, I think that in this field they both compete but I am convinced that by a little something All Might wins here too.

Numbers of cases solved, Endeavor, and I don't think I need to add anything else, however I don't think All Might is very far from him in this field.

And finally we have their contribution to society, I think that here too both play well, All Might for the fact that he is a symbol of peace and Endeavor for the solved cases, I think they are almost on the same level, maybe a little more All Might.

Popularity: A 90% E 10%

Cases risolved: A 70% E 100%

Demonstrated strength: A 80% E 60%

Contribution to society: A 100% E 90%

I tried to put the data in percentage (obviously I don't know if they are precise or 100% true) and as you can see there is not much difference except for the popularity, of course it must be said that All Might as well as a hero is a symbol, the symbol of peace, and that is no small thing and obviously a symbol that gives hope and accompanies children like Deku or others cannot collapse so suddenly because someone else is better than him, in fact he made his exit with the beautiful battle with Afo, personally I think that one of the reasons why Endeavor did not become Number One before is also this.

Drawing conclusions, does Endeavor deserve the title of Number One? We must also consider if there is someone better than him (other than All Might) and no, there isn't so if there is a person who definitely deserves that title is him, and in any case he is a very good hero with the biggest agency in all of Japan and with a number of cases never seen before, no one will ever be able to reach his merits or success, so yes, after all it deserves this title.
